PUBLIC TUMBLING
Our Public Tumbling Class is open to athletes of all skill levels—from brand‑new beginners to seasoned, advanced tumblers. Whether you’re learning your first cartwheel or perfecting elite passes, this class provides a supportive, high‑energy environment where every athlete can grow.
We focus on progressive skill development, proper technique, strength, flexibility, and confidence. Athletes are grouped and coached according to their individual level, ensuring everyone gets the instruction they need to succeed.
What We Work On
• Beginner: rolls, handstands, cartwheels, bridges, kickovers, front and back walkovers, limbers, running and standing connections
• Intermediate: front and back handsprings, running and standing connections
• Advanced: tucks, layouts, twisting, specialty passes, and combination tumbling
Every class includes targeted drills, shaping, conditioning, and spotting to help athletes build safe, consistent skills.
This is the perfect class for anyone looking to improve their tumbling, gain strength, and train in a positive, motivating atmosphere.

BEGINNER TUMBLING
A beginner tumbling class is designed to introduce students—typically ages 5 and up—to the foundational skills of cheer related tumbling, in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. No prior experience is required!
- Forward and backward rolls
- Handstands (with assistance)
- Cartwheels (including onehanded and switch variations)
- Bridges and baby bridges
- Bridge kickovers, front and back walkovers
- Round-offs
- Progressions: Starting early steps toward front and back handsprings

INTERMEDIATE TUMBLING
This class is designed for athletes who have mastered foundational beginner tumbling skills and are ready to progress to more dynamic and powerful movements. It’s ideal for students who can confidently perform a front and back walkover without assistance.

- Round-off back handsprings
- Back extension rolls
- Back and front tucks (introductory)
- Skill Connections:
- Linking multiple skills into tumbling passes
- Improving timing, rebound, and landing control

ADVANCED TUMBLING
This high-level class is designed for experienced tumblers who have mastered intermediate skills and are ready to push their limits with powerful, complex tumbling passes. Ideal for competitive cheerleaders, gymnasts, and dancers aiming to refine elite techniques.
- Back tucks (standing and running)
- Layouts and layout step-outs
- Whip backs
- Full twists and half-twisting layouts
- Punch fronts and front layouts
- Side and front aerials

Flight Class
Ready to soar? Our Cheer Flight Class is designed for athletes who want to master the art of flying with confidence, strength, and style. Whether you're new to the air or refining elite-level skills, this class builds the foundation for safe, dynamic stunting.
- Core strength & flexibility training for stable, controlled flying
